Power Efficiency’s Single Phase MEC with E-Save Technology® improves the efficiency of small motors, such as those in appliances and light commercial equipment. Target applications include clothes washers and dryers refrigeration (residential and commercial), air conditioning, and more.
There is a very large potential market. For example, in the U.S. millions of washers and dryers are sold every year. With increased regulation of appliance efficiency and the popularity of the U.S. Department of Energy’s Energy Star® certification, appliance manufacturers are looking for ways to make their products more efficient.
The Company’s marketing strategy is to sell to original equipment manufacturers (OEMs) to include E-Save Technology directly in their new equipment. The Company is approaching these OEMs directly and through partners with strong existing OEM relationships.
